Kristina Pardalos
Kristina Pardalos (born October 14, 1973 in New York City ) is a San Marinese lawyer .
Life
In 1999 she graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in law. After a three-year internship in a law firm, she was admitted to the bar in San Marino in 2002 and at the same time joined that law firm. In December 2003, the Università degli Studi di San Marino appointed her Professor of Law.
From 2004 to 2009 Pardalos was a deputy member of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance . Between 2006 and 2007 she also worked as a public defender appointed by the Congresso di Stato . In 2009 she was admitted to the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe , where she acted as coordinator from March 2009. On September 21, 2009 she took over the post of resigned Antonella Mularoni at the European Court of Human Rights as the judge elected for San Marino .
Pardalos has been married since June 2009.
