The Hrvatski rukometni savez ( HRS for short, Croatian Handball Federation) is the national federation for handball in Croatia. The federation founded in October 1941 is based in Zagreb . Between 1948 and 1992 the federation called Rukometni savez Hrvatske ( Croatian handball association ). The association has been a member of the IHF since April 10, 1992 and of the EHF since July 23, 1992 .
Competitions
The federation organizes the following national competitions:
- Ducat Premijer League
- 2. Hrvatska Rukometna Riga , which is divided into south, west and north.
