Krupa na Vrbasu ( Cyrillic Крупа на Врбасу ) is a place in the municipality of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina .
geography
The place is about 30 km south of the city center on the left bank of the Vrbas at the confluence of the Krupa brook. Magistral road 16 leads through Krupa from Banja Luka to Jajce .
Above the village are the ruins of Greben Castle , which guarded the local northern exit of the narrow and 450 m deep Vrbas Gorge. The Serbian Orthodox Krupa Monastery is also worth seeing.
Since the war in Bosnia it has belonged to the Republika Srpska .
