The Krutynia (German Kruttinna ) is a right tributary of the Pisa in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .

Krutynia is one of the most popular kayak trails in Poland. The kayak trail is 91 km long and is often referred to as the most beautiful kayak route in Europe. It starts at Sorkwity and ends at Ruciane-Nida .
