Krzysztof Marek Bąk

Krzysztof Marek Bąk (* 1977 ) is a Polish artist . He practices flat digital art and graphics and he creates objects and installations. Bak studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław in Poland . He is a Doctor of Fine Arts. He works as an assistant professor in the graphics department at the Institute of Art of the Silesian University when he ran the Digital Graphic Art studio.

Bak is the author of 46 solo exhibitions (33 exhibitions in Poland - the most important in: Gdańsk , Wrocław, Kielce , Bielsko-Biała , Konin , Chorzów , Nysa , Włocławek , Kuwait , Wrexham (GB), Philadelphia (USA)). He participated in more than 70 group exhibitions. He created 7 outdoor art installations (Barmouth, Chester, Birmingham, Wrexham, Flint - Great Britain).

In 2008 Bak won third prize (City of Sint-Niklaas Prize ) at the 3rd FISAE International CGD Ex-Libris Competition in 2008 and in 2009 second prize at the International Ex-Libris Competition in Wrocław.
