Kularr (spelling variants: Kuarr and Kulari ) is a town in the West African state of Gambia .
According to a calculation for 2013, around 4,314 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 3,370.

Kularr is located on the south bank of the Gambia River in the Upper River Region , District Fulladu East . The place is about 17 kilometers (as the crow flies) from Basse Santa Su , the capital of the URD.
