Kurt Joachim von Bornhaupt
Kurt Joachim von Bornhaupt (born January 29, 1928 in Dortmund ; † April 25, 2009 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .
Bornhaupt joined the financial administration of North Rhine-Westphalia in 1957 . From 1965 to 1974 he was a judge at the Münster Finance Court before he was appointed to the Federal Fiscal Court in 1974. He was a judge there until he retired in 1992. He then worked as a lawyer and tax advisor .
Bornhaupt published in addition to his professional activity on tax law .
