Kurt Roeckl

Kurt Winfried Roeckl (born January 26, 1943 in Munich ) is a retired German federal judge. D. , lawyer and Chamber of Crafts official .

Life

Roeckl is the son of a senior medical officer who died in World War II and comes from the large Roeckl family in Munich .

After high school he studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich Law and in 1964 a member of the Corps Bavaria Munich in 1968 made his first state exam . Then his doctorate he in 1971 in Berlin with Roman Herzog Dr. jur., 1972 he finished his studies with the second state examination. In the same year he became managing director of the Bavarian Crafts Day and the employers' association of Bavarian crafts.

From 1983 to 2008 he was an honorary judge in the 2nd Senate of the Federal Labor Court . He is also involved in training for judges .
