Kurt Thürk
Kurt Thürk (born September 3, 1926 in Saarbrücken ; † July 8, 2002 ibid) was a German CDU politician .
Thürk was a lawyer by profession and worked as a public prosecutor and judge. He joined the CDU in 1960. From 1972 to 1976 Thürk was a member of the German Bundestag . He moved into the Bundestag via the Saarland state list. After the failed re-election, he was appointed chairman of the criminal senate at the Saarland Higher Regional Court in 1977 by the Saarland Council of Ministers .
