Kurt Trinks
Kurt Trinks (born August 15, 1882 in Rinteln , † September 6, 1958 in Helmarshausen ) was a German lawyer.
Trinks studied in Tübingen , where he was accepted into the Corps Borussia Tübingen in 1902 , and law in Göttingen. In 1931 he became Attorney General of the Free State of Braunschweig and in 1932 President of the Braunschweig Regional Court . In 1933 he had to leave this post due to the law to restore the civil service because of his non-Aryan descent and was demoted to the district judge . 1945–1950 he was again President of the Braunschweig Regional Court.
