Kurt Winkelmann
Kurt Winkelmann (born June 9, 1932 in Grammentin ; † June 6, 1996 ) was a German theologian , in 1971 state pastor for the people's mission in Güstrow and, from 1978 until his death, state superintendent of the Stargard church district . Until 1996 he was also a member of the Advisory Board for Internal Guidance .
On the occasion of his 60th birthday on June 9, 1992, he was given honorary citizenship of the city of Neustrelitz .
