The Kusunoki Point is a headland on the west coast of Renaud Island in the archipelago of Biscoe Islands off the west coast of the West Antarctic Graham Lands . It is located near the north end of the island.
Aerial photos by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. from 1956 to 1957 were used to map them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1959 after Kou Kusunoki (* 1921), a Japanese expert on sea ice from the University of Hokkaidō , who worked at the National Polar Research Institute of Japan from 1966 .
