The Kuusinkijoki is a 16 km long right tributary of the Oulankajoki in Finland and Russia .
It forms the outflow of Lake Ala-Vuotunki . From there it flows in a northerly direction, later in a northeasterly direction. Shortly after crossing the Russian border, it flows into the Oulankajoki. The Kuusinikijoki drains an area northeast of Kuusamo , in which larger lakes such as the Kiitämä and Suininki are located.
The Kuusinkijoki is an ideal fishing water for trout and grayling .
