The Kvarsnes (Norwegian for Quiet Headland ) is a towering peninsula on the coast of the East Antarctic Kemplands . It protrudes immediately west of the Øygarden archipelago into the south side of Edward VIII Bay .

Norwegian cartographers, who also named them, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
