The Léguer is a river in France that runs in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region . It rises in the municipality of Maël-Pestivien , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the English Channel after 58 kilometers below Lannion in an approximately nine-kilometer-long estuary in the Bay of Lannion .
