geography
course
The Lötzelbach rises in a green area with many trees , north of the Leimbacher Berg in Leverkusen - Schlebusch . It flows in a south-westerly direction, its main direction of flow, which it essentially maintains up to the mouth. Not far from its source , it is reinforced by a second source arm. The brook now flows through an allotment garden . Shortly afterwards a branch branches off. The brook now disappears under the earth up to its mouth. At the former manor Binnester Hof , the brook crosses under Odenthaler Straße , makes a sharp bend to the right and meets again with its side arm. Another sharp change of direction of almost 90 ° follows and after about 250 m the Lötzelbach flows into the Dhünn with pipes .
