The LVF - Serio and Oglio were steam locomotives of the Lombard-Venetian Ferdinand Railway (LVF).

The two machines were delivered by the WRB locomotive factory in 1847 . These double-coupled traction units represented a significant improvement in terms of performance compared to the uncoupled units that had been in operation before.

At the LVF they were given the names SERIO and OGLIO .

When the LVF was nationalized in 1852, they came under the same names to the Lombard-Venetian State Railways (LVStB).
