The Lac Artigny is a lake in the administrative region Nord-du-Québec of the Canadian province of Quebec .

Lac Artigny is about 260 km west of Fermont and northwest of Lac Wahemen in central Labrador . The lake is in the area of ​​the Canadian Shield at 540  m altitude. A hill on the western shore of the lake dominates the lake by 100 m.

The Lac Artigny has a length in north-south direction of 20 km. Its maximum width is 3.4 km. The water of the two lakes to the east, Lac Naococane and Lac Ango, flows towards Lac Artigny. The Lac Artigny is drained by the Rivière Nichicun , a source river of the La Grande Rivière , on its southwest bank to Lac Nichicun .

The Lac Artigny was named after Louis Rouer d'Artigny (1667-1744).
