The Lac aux Dorés is a lake in the Jamésie (administrative region of North du Québec ) in the Canadian province of Québec .
The Lac aux Dorés is located in the immediate vicinity of the larger and more eastern Lac Chibougamau . The Gouin Peninsula separates the two lakes. The place Chibougamau is located 5 km northwest of the lake shore. The elongated lake has a length of about 20 km. The water area is 40 km². The lake is fed by Lac Chibougamau. The Rivière Chibougamau , a tributary of the Rivière Waswanipi , forms the outflow of the Lac aux Dorés at its southern end of the lake.
