The Lac de Bareilles , also called Lac de Bordères , is located in the French Pyrenees in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in the Occitania region in the municipality of Bordères-Louron .
This natural lake is located on the northeast flank of the Sommet du Tech mountain peak (2138 m) in the historic Bigorre province , in the Pays d'Aure countryside . The river Lastie rises from it , which drains mainly through the municipality of Bareilles and flows into the Neste du Louron near Arreau .
From Bareilles you can get to the lake in 30 minutes via a forest and mountain path.
