Laughing Cologne Arena

The Lachende Kölnarena is a 13-day carnival event in Cologne's carnival . From 1965 to 1998 the event was held under the name Laughing Sports Hall in the sports hall . Since moving to the Kölnarena in 1999 , the name is now Lachende Kölnarena . It is the only event in the Lanxess Arena in which you are allowed to bring your own drinks and food. Around 130,000 visitors come to the event, which lasts several days.

2011

The Lachende Kölnarena 2011 took place from February 18 to March 6, 2011 on 12 dates. 120,000 visitors were expected.

2012

The Lachende Kölnarena 2012 took place from February 3rd to February 19th on 12 dates. Among others, Bläck Fööss , Höhner , Brings , Paveier , De Räuber , Bernd Stelter , Dä Blötschkopp , Marie-Luise Nikuta , Klaus & Willi , Marita Köllner , Cöllner , Blom un Blömcher , Die Klüngelköpp , Kammerkitty & valet, Zunftmüüs and the Trumpet Corps Eefelkank.

2013

The Lachende Kölnarena 2013 took place from January 18th to February 10th in the Lanxess Arena . The bands and artists Bläck Fööss , Höhner , Brings , Paveier , De Räuber , Bernd Stelter , Klaus & Willi , Marie-Luise Nikuta , Marita Köllner , De Klüngelköpp , Cöllner and Martin Schopps were among them . The dance groups included the Luftflotte, Rheinveilchen, Kammerkitty & valet, StattGarde Colonia Ahoj and the Thorrer Schnauzerballett. There were also the Cologne triumvirate , the Cologne Traditions Corps, the Ted Borgh and Bückeburger Jäger orchestras.
