Ladislau Broşovschi (born March 23, 1951 in Arad , † December 23, 1990 ) was a Romanian football player . He played a total of 314 games in Divizia A , the top division of his country. In the seasons 1968/69 and 1969/70 he won the Romanian championship with UTA Arad .

Career

The career of Broşovschi began in 1967 when Vagonul Arad in Divizia B . In the season 1967/68 he came to a bet when his club in the Divizia A rising. He then joined local rivals UTA Arad , where he played a total of eleven years. In his first year he won his first title with the championship in 1969 . He was able to repeat this success with his team a year later . It remained the only two titles of his career. In his second year he was part of his team. In the following years Broșovschi developed more and more to a goalscorer. From 1974 to 1978 he drew attention to himself in every season with double-digit hit yields. In terms of sport, he and his team could not build on their early success. The 1971/72 season he finished as runner-up behind FC Argeş Piteşti and reached the quarter-finals in the UEFA Cup , where he was eliminated against eventual winners Tottenham Hotspur . Then UTA fell from the top group of Divizia A and Broșovschi fought with his team in the following years to stay in class. At the end of the 1978/79 season he finally had to relegate. He initially stayed with the club a league lower, but returned to Vagonul in the course of the 1979/80 season, which now operated under the name Rapid Arad . After two seasons in Divizia B, he ended his career in 1982.

National team

Broșovschi played three games for the Romanian national team between 1972 and 1974 . He made his debut on January 30, 1972 in a friendly against Morocco when he scored his only international goal in the 4-2 win. On April 23, 1972, he came in a friendly against Peru for his second use. After that, he was not considered for two years before he was last used on April 22, 1974 in a friendly against Argentina .
