The Divizia B 1967/68 was the 28th season of the second highest Romanian football league . Politehnica Iasi , Vagonul Arad and Crisul Oradea rose in the Divizia A on.

The Divizia B was held in two seasons with 14 teams each. The two winners were promoted directly to Divizia A, and the two runners-up were promoted through the play-offs. The last two placed in both groups played in the relegation against relegation. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. If two or more teams were tied at the end of the season, the goal difference decided first .

4th Metalurgistul Bucharest was renamed Metalul Bucharest.
5 Oltul Râmnicu Vâlcea was renamed to Chimia Râmnicu Vâlcea.
