The Divizia B 1957/58 was the 18th season of the second highest Romanian football league . After a seven-year calendar rhythm, the league was played again in autumn-spring mode. The two season champion Stiinta Cluj and Farul Constanta got into the Divizia A on.

The Divizia B was held in two seasons with 14 teams each. The two winners rose to Divizia A, while the last two clubs were relegated to Divizia C. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the direct comparison first decided .
