The Divizia B 1936/37 was the third season of the second highest Romanian football league . Due to an increase in the parent Divizia A , eight teams rose at the end of the season.

The Divizia B was held in two seasons with 13 teams each. The first four teams of each season up in the Divizia A on. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the direct comparison first decided .
