The Divizia B 1952 was the 13th season of the second highest Romanian football league . The two season champion Locomotiva GR Bucharest and Stiinta Timişoara rose in the Divizia A on.

Flacăra Bucharest from Divizia A was moved from Bucharest to Ploieşti and renamed Flacăra Ploieşti . This move led to the disappearance of Flacăra Ploieşti (formerly Prahova Ploieşti ), who played in Divizia B last year. The vacated place got Flacăra Lupeni , who was spared relegation last season.

The Divizia B was held in two seasons with twelve teams each. The two winners were promoted to Divizia A. There was no relegation this season, as the league was increased in the following season. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the direct comparison first decided .
