The Divizia B 1950 was the eleventh season of the second highest Romanian football league . The two season champion Dinamo Orasul Stalin and Stiinta Cluj got into the Divizia A on.

mode

This year it was decided to switch the game operations to the calendar year mode. The format was retained, but the number of clubs was reduced from fourteen to twelve.

The winners of the two groups got into the Divizia A on. The last two clubs were relegated. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the direct comparison first decided .
