The Divizia B 1974/75 was the 35th season of the second highest Romanian football league . SC Bacau , Rapid Bucharest and FC Bihor Oradea got into the Divizia A on.

The Divizia B was held in three seasons with 18 teams each. The three winners were promoted to Divizia A, while the last four clubs in each group were relegated to Divizia C. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. If two or more teams were tied at the end of the season, the goal difference decided first .
