The League II 2018/19 was the 79th season of the second highest Romanian football league . It started on August 3, 2018 and ended on June 1, 2019 . Games were closed from mid-December 2018 to the end of February 2019 ( winter break ).

Promoted to League 1 were FC Chindia Târgovişte and FC Academica Clinceni .
