The Divizia A 1951 was the 14th season in the history of the Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on March 25, 1951 and ended on November 4, 1951.

Master was first CCA Bucharest (later known as Steaua Bucharest).

mode

The twelve teams played against each other twice on 22 match days. The last two teams were relegated to Divizia B , from which two teams rose. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat. If two or more teams were tied at the end of the season, the goal quotient decided .
