The finals of the Romanian Football Championship 1924/25 were held between July 5 and August 9, 1925. In ten regional preliminary rounds (the region Chisinau for the first time established a separate winner), the finalists were played out in the knock-out system playing off the master. At first only one game was played, a second leg only took place in the event of a tie. Chinezul Timișoara were able to defend their title again and were champions for the fourth time in a row.

After the quarterfinals, the team from Fulgerul CFR Chișinău was disqualified. The two teams of Oltul Slatina and Jahn Czernowitz , who lost to Fulgerul, were allowed to compete again to determine a semi-finalist.
