The Divizia A 1934/35 was the third season in the history of the Romanian football league Divizia A. The season began on September 2, 1934 and ended on July 21, 1935. From mid-December 1934 to early March 1935, the game was suspended ( winter break ).

Master was Ripensia Timișoara .

Before the season, the number of participants was reduced to 12. These played in a group for the championship. The final of the two group winners was omitted. The last placed denied relegation matches against the winner of Divizia B . There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat.
