Divizia A 1962/63

The Divizia A 1963/64 was the 26th season in the history of the Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 25, 1963 and ended on July 7, 1964 . The game was closed from mid-December to the end of February ( winter break ).

Dinamo Bucharest became champions for the third time in a row .

The 14 teams played against each other twice on 26 match days. Starting this season, only the two last-placed teams got into the Divizia B from. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat. If two or more teams were tied at the end of the season, the goal quotient decided .
