The Divizia A 1937/38 was the sixth season in the history of the Romanian soccer league Divizia A. The season began on September 5, 1937 and ended on August 21, 1938. From early December 1937 to late February 1938 ( winter break ) and from mid-May Game operations were suspended from 1938 to early August 1938 ( World Cup 1938 ).

Master was Ripensia Timișoara .

The 20 teams were divided into two groups. The first two players played for the championship. The last five teams in each group were relegated. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat.
