As in the previous year, CCA Bucharest became champion .

The twelve teams played against each other twice on 22 match days. There were no relegated athletes this season. However, CA Câmpulung Moldovenesc withdrew after the first half of the season and was subsequently dissolved. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat. If two or more teams were tied at the end of the season, the goal quotient decided .
