Victoria Constanța was a Romanian football club from Constanța . He never played in the highest Romanian league, the Divizia A . In 1937 and 1938 he was in the round of 16 for the Romanian Cup .

history

Victoria Constanța was founded in 1913. Until the founding of Divizia B in 1934, the club never reached the final round of the Romanian football championship via the regional championship.
