Laisan is a lake in the municipality of Arjeplog in Norrbotten County in the Swedish historical province of Lapland . The narrow and elongated, almost 30 km long lake lies in the course of the Laisälven at an altitude of 424 m above sea level, is 27.5 km² in size and 78.5 m deep. A side road runs along the eastern shore of the lake and leads to Adolfsström on the Kungsleden . The lake drains via the Ume älv to the Gulf of Bothnia .
