Lammersfeld is a pure scattered settlement . It is crossed from east to west by the Wichersbach , which flows into the Borkener Aa . The landscape is criss-crossed by gentle hills, which are the foothills of the so-called mountains .

Road traffic
The most important road is the L 600 , which connects Heiden and Borken, but is also a feeder for the A 31 . Furthermore, the K 57 (Heiden – Gemen) and K 55 (Heiden – Ramsdorf) run through the Lammersfeld farming community.
Public transport
The regional bus R74 stops on the L 600 at three stations within the farming community every hour in the direction of Borken and Heiden / Reken.
