Nordick is north of the main village of Heiden and south of the neighboring town of Velen . The L829, which connects Heiden and Velen and cuts Nordick in the north-south axis, is striking. To the north the federal highway 67 runs past Nordick. In the west lies the area of ​​the village farmers Lammersfeld . To the east is the Die Uhlen forest area .

Culture

The most important club in Nordick's cultural life is, as is quite common in scattered settlements of this size, the St. Georgius Heiden-Nordick shooting club . It is unclear when the rifle festival, which now takes place every two years with Leblich , is justified.

Buses cross Nordick from Velen to Heiden only during school hours. In Heiden the RegioBus can be reached to Reken and Borken. At the P + R stop on Ramsdorfer Straße, you can take the SchnellBus 75 to Bocholt or Münster.
