Kemnath Regional Court
The district court of Kemnath was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Kemnath in what is now the Tirschenreuth district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Kemnath district court was established. This slammed the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg . The district office of Kemnath was formed in 1862 through the merger of the district courts of the older order of Erbendorf and Kemnath. The Kemnath Regional Court remained as the judicial authority and was renamed the Kemnath Local Court with the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in 1879 .
