Country house Joseph Kostlan

description

The country house-like house with shop is located directly on a small square. It consists of two structures penetrating each other at right angles. A single-storey building section with a two-storey, extended mansard roof stands across the street . A two-storey structure with a single-storey mansard roof emerges from the facade at right angles. This has a roof house which, in contrast to the otherwise sparse ornamentation , is decorated with "exceptionally large" volutes and a decorated gable field. There you will find “an arrangement of tools, etc. a. a soldering iron, tin snips and a hammer. ”This allows the building to be stylized as an eclectic mix of homeland security architecture and neo-baroque .

Most of the windows and doors on the ground floor are arched, the windows on the upper floor, which is emphasized by a windowsill cornice, are rectangular. There are gable and bat dormers in the roof.

The property is fenced off with lance fencing between sandstone pillars.
