The Landhaus Julius Caspar is located at Weinbergstraße 3 in the Oberlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1913 by the Serkowitz builder Johannes Eisold based on designs by the architect Oskar Menzel .

The views of the building are asymmetrical. The main and right side view are connected by a three-quarter round corner bay , which is covered by the eaves that protrude far. The plastered facades are structured by cornices . The windows are designed differently, on the upper floor they were formerly accompanied by folding shutters.

The fence on the street consists of a higher quarry stone wall on which there are wooden fence elements between artificial stone pillars. In front of the house entrance there is a round arched garden gate with a brick cover.

The Privatus Julius Caspar settled by the architect Oskar Menzel design a residential building, construction of which he applied for the 1913th The building permits were issued in February and May of that year. The Serkowitz builder Johannes Eisold was responsible for the execution and construction management . The request for a purchase permit is dated August 14, 1913.
