description

That along with its enclosure under monument protection standing, villa-style country house is a small, two-story stucco building on a break stone base and a low-pitched hipped roof .

In the corner of the building at the intersection there is a round, tower-like structure two storeys high with windows, on top of which a curved, polygonal dome serves as the roof. In the street view to the south to the right there is a now massive, single-storey veranda with an exit on top. The entrance is on the back of the building to the north in a porch.

The simple, now probably simplified, plastered structure shows mainly rough plaster in which smooth plaster surfaces are interspersed. On the tower, under the roof, above the windows, there are "stuccoed tape" in contrasting colors with the date AD for Anno Domini and 1906 . The garments surrounding the windows are also highlighted in color.

The fence consists of picket fence fields with centrally extended slats between plaster pillars with sandstone cover plates. To compensate for the terrain, the fence stands on a rubble base.

history

The Alleestraße , now Ludwig-Richter-Allee, which was extended to the manor house Altfriedstein , offers prominent corner properties at the intersection with the former Lamsbachstraße , today the lower part of the Prof.-Wilhelm-Ring. On the northeast of it, the Dresden architects Schilling & Graebner built a house in 1905/1906 on behalf of Privatus' Paul Nieschke. The building application came from November 1905, the building permit "according to the special building regulations for the Altfriedstein villa colony" from the same month, the move-in permit was issued in March 1906. The design came from the Dresden architect Heino Otto as an employee of Schilling & Graebner.

The veranda was added in 1914 by the Serkowitz construction company FW Eisold .
