The country house at Weintraubenstraße 5 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was designed in 1912 by the architect Oskar Menzel .

The building, which is now a listed building, was designed by the architect Oskar Menzel and built in 1912/1913 by the construction company FW Eisold as a single-family villa.

The two-storey country house with strictly symmetrical main and side views is based on the neoclassical style . In the main view of the street there is a massive veranda with an exit on top, in the hipped roof above there is a roof house with a curved gable.

The plastered building has windowsill cornices and folding shutters on the upper floor, and a rose trellis has been in front of the ground floor since it was built .
