The Langeloher Bach is a 2.0 km long brook in the municipality of Tostedt in the Harburg district in Lower Saxony , which flows into the Este from the left and south .

course

The Langeloher Bach, fed by fish ponds, in a forest area southeast of Todtglüsingen, runs as a forest ditch northeast towards Langeloh. To the northwest of Langeloh it crosses under the village road and from there flows as a meadow ditch recognizable straightened after a few hundred meters from the left and south into the Este. The Langeloher Bach only carries water after rainfall or when the fish ponds are drained. On most days the creek bed is only slightly damp but clearly recognizable as a creek bed.

Traffic rules

Due to the intensive use of the Estonians by recreational sports and canoe rental companies, the Harburg district issued an ordinance in 2002 for the Estonians, their backwaters and the associated bank areas, which is intended to protect the habitat of plants and animals. Since then, driving and entering the Langeloher Bach has been prohibited all year round.
