Langenbruck is a district of the Reichertshofen market in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm .
Geography and transport links
Langenbruck is located southeast of the core town of Reichertshofen. The A 9 runs on the eastern edge of the village and the B 300 runs on the northern edge of the village .
history
On August 9, 1968, a Vickers Viscount 700 crashed on a scheduled flight of British Eagle International Airlines from London Heathrow to Innsbruck-Kranebitten ( British Eagle Flight 802 ) near Langenbruck. All inmates were killed. The 48 victims were buried in a communal grave in the Langenbruck cemetery.
On July 1, 1972 Langenbruck was incorporated into Reichertshofen.
