The Langsee is a lake in the urban area of Krakow am See in the Rostock district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . The little indented body of water is located southwest of Krakow am See, north of the village of Neu Sammit . The lake is 2080 meters long and about 500 meters wide. The lake shore is almost completely forested and the northern part is swampy. The lake is located in the northern part of the Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide nature park .
