The Lansdowne River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .

It rises on the western slopes of Mount Gibraltar in the Killabakh Nature Reserve . From there it flows southeast and passes the Coorabakh National Park on its west side. At Coopernook it crosses the Pacific Highway and flows three kilometers further south into the northern arm of the Manning River .

The small town of Lansdowne lies on the middle course of the river .
