Lardos ( Greek Λάρδος ( f. Sg. )) Is a small town near the east coast of the Greek island of Rhodes on the national road 95 . With 1380 inhabitants (2011) it forms a municipality within the municipality of Lindos .

The name Lardos comes from the black granite stone typical of the island, which is particularly common in this area.

The place is rural, tourism is not the main source of income for the residents. At the Platia in the center of the village there are several taverns around a fountain. There is little traffic here because of a bypass road. Lardos also has a beach settlement 2.5 kilometers away, Lardos Beach, with several hotels.

With a few exceptions, Lardos is the terminus of the Rhodes City – Lindos – Lardos (–Kiotari – Gennadi) bus line. Every hour (even more frequently in the high season) it goes to Rhodes town and Lindos .

The Moni Ipseni monastery and the village of Laérma are worth seeing in the vicinity.
