Lars-Erik Berenett

Lars-Erik Berenett (born December 23, 1942 in Skellefteå , Västerbotten Province , † February 1, 2017 ) was a Swedish actor .

Life

Berenett grew up in Uppsala and initially earned his living in a record shop. He was discovered by amateur theater director Paul Patera , who brought him to amateur theater. A scholarship later enabled Berenett to study at the Calle Flygares Teaterskola and, from 1964, at the Scenskolan in Gothenburg , which he graduated in 1967. He then went to the Gothenburg State Theater as an actor, where he was a member until 1983.

In addition to his work in the theater, Berenett has also appeared in film and television since the 1960s. One of his best-known roles is that of police officer Roland Hassel, whom he has played in ten television and two movies since 1986.

Berenett's first marriage was to actress Evabritt Strandberg ; the marriage comes from Matti Berenett , who also works as an actor.
